Have a good knowledge of the product range Enter the questions/issues in Winc@ll database using a clear expression Ensure a high quality of service on the phone Answers calls made by clients under specific contracts Do your real best to solve client issues Perform possible tests on our softwares in order to analyze some bugs and transfer the results to the Expertise team Answer international client calls Optimize call answers in order to minimize waiting files Ensure high quality of service and client satisfaction. |
